When listing a home for sale, the interaction with sellers making suggestions of how to make their home stand out from the rest to sell for the most money in the shortest time period possible. When listing a home for sale there are three factors that will regulate the listing price of the home.
1. The market of homes being sold at what prices and how long it took to secure a contract.
2. Does the home need to be sold in a short amount of time for whatever reasons? But being not in a hurry to sell, having it priced TOO HIGH will make the listing not appealing to buyers, and they move on to another home to purchase.
3. Making repairs no matter how small they seem will defray a buyer. Put a fresh coat of paint, using neutral and soft earth tones in and out will make the home shine and give it an additional eye appeal and a quick offer.
