You can't go wrong with Ron as your real estate agent. My husband and I walked into a house that we knew would be our home at the start of our real estate search and though it took nearly nine months before we were able to make a deal, Ron was on top of every detail.
The home, we felt, was priced too high when we first looked, and Ron took what we all thought was a reasonable offer to the seller. It was declined and we continued to look. A few months later, the house went under contract and Ron let us know. He also let us know they day it fell out of escrow and within days we were able to make a deal for a price point that worked for us. Throughout the process, Ron patiently took us to houses throughout Fallbrook, though we did not find another house that we truly loved.
We were so impressed that Ron's attention to detail allowed him to keep the house we truly wanted on his radar and act as soon as circumstances changed. He was a champ through the negotiation process and directed us to an excellent mortgage broker who completed our loan in record time.
I think many of us think of real estate agents like we think of car salesman -- as untrustworthy and having an agenda that does not match our own. Ron is the polar opposite. I always felt as though he placed our interests first. He never pressured us, he always respected our opinions and our financial limits, and he was available whenever we needed him.
Ron is the only person you'd want to represent you in a real estate transaction. He's professional, knowledgeable and flexible.
Thanks, Ron! We love our new home. :)
