I met Brian through zip realty on line. He showed us a few homes, but we did not purchase cuz we were waiting for one of the builders to start building a home that we have been wanting for about six months at this point.
I told Brian that I'd use him on paper as my realtor,I had nothing to lose, and wanted to do a nice thing for him. He agreed right away!
He came to our appointment when I was signing paper work with the builder to go in to contract. Soon as his name went into the contract/agreement, he dissappeared. He did not show up to any other appointments, did not do follow ups,and claimed he was too busy working 7 days a week!
For my walk through that was so important,he got the days wrong, and did not show;for my closing he did not show!! When I confronted him,he said that his realtor did not show as well on those days for his home purchase!!
He thought that just because he has a check coming,he had to do no more. Why should he come and waste his time when he is already in contract and has the money coming?!
Just cuz he has a check coming, does not mean he earned it!! Well he sure thought different. I had to take care of all the problems along the way of my home being built. He did not do a single thing for me.
This man should be avoided at all costs!!! He is unethical, unfair, and thinks the world owes it all to him!! I feel like I got stabbed in the back for doing a nice thing for this man. It makes me sick to my stomach from the experience that I had with this person through my home building process.
I learned my lesson, and I will never repeat this huge mistake again.!
