Virginia's not just a competent realtor, she's also an amazing individual on a personal level. My partner and I were looking to buy a home after spending more than a decade renting in San Francisco. The East Bay has become prohibitevely expensive just like the city, so we widened our search to include Vallejo in Solano County. Luckily, Vallejo is Virginia's territory. I already had a house in mind, and Virginia connected with me on that, and made sure we were taken care of from start to finish process-wise. She streamlined every step, and especially as first-time home buyers, and with the stress of relocationg, soothed our frayed nerves whenever there were concerns.
I realize now, in retrospect that we were EXTREMELY lucky to have had her as our realtor. It doesn't happen very often that you meet a real estate professional that actually CARES about clients as people. Most treat you like a number or a bank account to pad their own pockets. Virginia in every way was the exception to that rule. If and when we sell our home in the future, Virginia is ABSOLUTELY who I would pick to represent us as a Seller's agent in a heartbeat.
Deal with her and you CAN'T go wrong! She's beyond competent, and has EXCEPTIONAL people skills. She's the real deal in every conceivable way when dealing with the labyrinthine process of home buying in the Bay Area. I heartily recommend her, and you would be mistaken if you're thinking of buying a home in Solano or Contra Costa counties and NOT having her as your agent.
She's not just good, she's AMAZING!
