I have done multiple transactions with Gregory over many years. He crosses all T's and dots all I's and keeps me informed every step of the way. He also thinks outside the box, a property I waterfront property I purchased was a little tight on the land and after he found out it was once part of a bigger parcel held by a trust and went to the trust to get first right of refusal for the adjoining parcel! Now I have everything on my wish list. It would not have happened if not for Gregory's ingenuity and persistance.
