My husband and I are very pleased to have Michelle to be our Agent. She is very professional. She knows what she is doing. She always does her best to help us. We bought a foreclosure house. This house’s location is very good. We know if our offer goes to the seller agent a little bit late, the house will be gone. Michelle took us to the house at the first day the house on market. Because of my husband job, we only could meet Michelle around 8:00pm. When we come out of the house and for sure to make an offer of the house, it was already 10:00pm. But Michelle still helps us even late night. She sends the document to my email for me to read, she even print out the whole document and drove to my home explain to me, let me sign the document right away. I remember Michelle leaves my home around 2:00am. The seller agent got the document when he arrive his office that morning. Michelle does her job clear and fast. Michelle was great in the beginning, but once the paperwork was signed she lost interest. She talked herself in circles and we couldn't get a straight answer from her. At one point she told us to deal with the seller's agent which we did until we got to closing. They were much easier to work with. This was our first home and the process turned into a nightmare due to lack of communication.

We thought everything would be great as she was awesome showing the house and getting the contract in. Once that was done, getting forms back from the selling bank became a problem. I understand it is a foreclosure, but she had 3 weeks to get a signature form for our FHA loan and was unable to do so. My fianc?? finally got the contact information for the selling agent and got the form in 5 minutes!! We were going to loose our rate lock if we didn't close!! I don't believe that for three weeks she was trying to get the form when he had it in 5 minutes. For the inspection she had shown up for most of it, but the left since we were there with the inspector. The Electric was not turned on so the inspector had to go back out and I met him, Michelle was not there. She had given the code to the inspector to get in. I was there with the inspector. We had to get back to the house for something else and she was unable to meet us so she gave my fianc?? the code to get in the house. Michelle did not show up at the closing. She claimed she didn't know we were closing that day. My Fianc?? had told her the day before that unless she heard something different we would be closing at noon the next day. She claims she spoke with the title company 3 times that day and no one told her we were closing. If she knew we were close to closing she should have asked! I am a first time home buyer and she wasn't even there for the closing!! After closing she had called my fianc?? around 3pm and we both ignored her calls, we were extremely upset and had already gone to closing. She called my phone at a quarter to 7pm and left a msg saying obviously we didn??t go to closing . . . We were already in the house because we had the code to get the key and had closed hours before. We STILL do NOT have our mail key!! Yet she wants me to sign a document about our HOA docs that she never provided for us so she can get paid. On the document it states the HOA fees are $99 a month. This isn't correct and it also states she gave me copies of the HOA docs and she did not. These are just some of the things I am upset by . . .
