Gary Hill was working with my wife initially and was at my first meeting with him very attentive, professional, and knowledgeable. From there I was amazed with how well he advised us and guided us through a very trying purchase of a home being built. Gary to his credit was the one constant we could count on during this entire endeavor. Gary was and is the consummate professional. The sellers realtor, absent most of the time. Threatening to pull out of deal if we did not accept wrong or substandard work was more of a burden than help and along with the builder were a constant source of frustration. This was true for Gary as well as the sellers realtor very rarely informed Gary of what was happening. By not including him on most emails concerning extentions, general correspondence by email, and issues realtor need to discuss it made Garys job tougher in my opinion. In comparison Gary was with us every step of the way. Dispite obstacle others placed in his way, reassuring us that everything we needed to do was done timely and correctly. When sellers side of deadlines were not being met in a timely manner Gary was a voice for us getting things on track. We learned a great deal about the entire building and buying process from Gary. This was very empowering to us and this knowledge went along way to reducing stress During this build we were slated to move in December 1, 2015...we moved in March 23, 2016. Gary's knowledge of the area helped us find suitable temporary housing when had to relocate a second time due to not meeting December move in date. Gary's focus and attention to the needs of our family and two young kids meant a lot to us. Gary is like a family member now. In the future if we know of anyone looking to buy or sell a home and if we find myself with any real estate needs we would without reservation send them Gary's way knowing they would be in good hands. If I needed one word to describe Gary, and I'm sure that word does not exist, I would settle for Awesome!!
