Villa Rica is located in Carroll County and is home to nearly 10,000 residents. The area offers the best of small town life with the hustle and the bustle of a major metropolis a short commute away. The area is accessible by Interstate 20 which flows into the heart of Downtown Atlanta, only 33 miles away.

The Old Villa Rica Library is the oldest International style building in West Georgia and the Stockmar Gold Mine is currently being preserved as a city park and museum.
