The Sonora Village shopping center is just one of the strip malls dedicated to consumerism, and it was recently bought by two local investors. According to the Phoenix Business Journal, the hub, which features national retailers such as Walmart, Best Buy, Staples and and other attractions such as Four Peaks Brewery, was sold for $46.5 million.

The 250,000 square foot retail center is approximately 84 percent occupied, the news source reports. However, new businesses could be on their way into the shopping center in the near future - for the pleasure of local residents needing some retail therapy.
