I am a fulltime Realtor with 12 years of experience and success handling both buyers and sellers in San Diego's fabulous East County real estate market. I provide reliable and expert knowledge through the entire buying or selling experience and want my clients to know that they will get the best I have to offer because I want the outcome to be positive for them just like I would for my patients.
I have had two careers in my life. The first began when I was only 18 years old as a Corpsman (medic) in various USAF hospital emergency rooms. I loved working and studying medicine from 1970 through 1998. I completed my education in three disciplines, Lab technology, Xray technology as well as Orthopedic technology.
I found my diverse training created a high demand for me in orthopedic offices and urgent cares centers.
New Years 1998, I decided after nearly 30 years I should try something different. My wife has been an appraiser for 20+ years so I thought why not try becoming a real estate agent. It was a wise decision and I am fortunate to say I have loved both of my careers equally.
Ironically, I find a lot of similarities in both careers. My clients tell me that I make them feel comfortable because I take time to explain things in a way they can easily understand. This is probably due in a large part to my medical training. Today I make it my practice to stay up-to-date and well informed on matters related to my real estate business, so I can provide current, relevant information.
