On top of a great purchase price, Eric was able to get us four additional credits from the sellers totaling over $7,000. We would have never been able to do this on our own. We couldn't have asked for a more competent and patient advocate for us!

I can't recommend Eric's work enough. After one year of active search, I've experienced first hand his sense of ethics, deep knowledge of the market and overall attention to one's needs and best interest. On several occasions, he did an in depth research on the sales in the area and the building to come up with the best offer possible and come up with a negotiation strategy. Can't ask more from a agent than what Eric provides.

Eric was amazing! He was able to save us $40k on our dream home by negotiating a 10 day escrow. He worked closely with our lender, Dean Wong (also referred to us by Eric), to make it happen even though 10 day escrows for mortgaged homes are almost unheard of in the current economy. Eric is great to work with. He was very honest and did not try to push any properties on us. He did not try to sell anything to us, instead he did a great job in facilitating communication between me and the seller, getting us important information that we used to make our final decision. Closing would not have been possible if not for his fast thinking. We ran into a problem with the lender and their appraiser but Eric was quick to get a contractor to remedy the problem IMMEDIATELY. I highly recommend him.

When we started working with Eric, our baby was 2 months old. The last 7 months seemed like a difficult period to purchase turn key homes in our price range and locations. The market seemed filled with too many short sales, foreclosures and not enough homes available for everyone looking. Bidding wars happened often. Eric was able to assess our taste, inform us of ways to find places beyond neighborhoods we knew, and keep us viewing many homes. We made a total of 12 offers: four short sales, two REOs, one foreclosure and the rest being direct sales. It took 7 months, about 50 home visits on 12 different days, and lots of patience and guidance from Eric. He was critical in helping with the closing on our current home. It was riddled with deception on the part of the seller and selling agent. Without Eric, we really believe we would still be stuck in our tiny condo. Now we are in a home we are making our own. Our now 9 month old baby has a yard to play in, trees to hug, bugs to eat and room to grow up. Thanks Eric.

He was extremely helpful with everything -- helping us to find the right mortgage broker, explaining the escrow process -- and was right there with us through every offer, counter-offer and inspection, until the day he handed us our keys.
