Paige was and is the most awesome agent ever. She not only revealed to us early on that a short sale could be lengthy, but stuck with us the whole 9 months to bring us to a successful closing. She also worked with us on some properties that didn't work out prior to this one. Her advice always proved to be right on, despite our ignorance. Paige is now a personal friend as well as a professional resource.

Paige was willing to meet with me on very short notice for a home viewing and was incredibly quick with a response on information for another home. She provided me with adequate information about the home viewed and was crystal clear with some definitions I was not sure about as a first time home buyer who is VERY new to this game.

I was not informed until late that the buyers could potentially have a problem selling the house because they were subject to an early payoff penalty. This, along with other delays almost caused the transaction to fial. Additionally, I only received one key with no garage door opener. While this is the sellers responsibility and not the realtors, I think some concession should have been made given that each realto pocketed $7500...

Paige always returned our calls quickly and timely and was able to arrange to show us houses all over King County AND Bremerton within the time period we requested. She was very up front and helpful as to our options and rights while we were closing on the house we found. Her attitude was consistently friendly and encouraging. We plan to request her help when we are ready to sell the house we moved out of.

At times I felt she was trying to pressure me to bid on a listing I didnt love... she also wanted me to get into an escalating bid when she knew I was already $35,000 over my self imposed limit. otherwise - she is very sweet, and easy to work with. Very flexable. I did enjoy working with her.
