I worked with Crystal more than ten years ago when I purchased my first home in metro Atlanta. Now I'm doing investments in real estate and I called Crystal. Why Crystal? Because I'm sure she will do her best to represent my interests during all the phases of buying real estate, from picking and showing properties to closing.

I cannot begin to say how lucky my wife and I were, when we met Crystal. We are new to the Atlanta area and we didn’t have a clue, where to start searching for a home in our price range.
The first day we met with Crystal was truly enjoyable. She made my wife and I feel very comfortable with her pleasant demeanor and her knowledge of real estate in the area. Every day looking at various homes was totally rewarding. Crystal knew the type and style of home we were looking for. Her dedication and perseverance to find it for us, paid off. She is second to none!

Shanai Blakely was completely unprofessional. She did not contact me at all during the home buying process. When I contacted her for questions, it was extremely loud music in the background. I was unable to conduct busness with Ms. Blakely. After calling several times to meet at my home site, we fianl were able to meet. She provided unprofessional documents as well.

Crystal was great. My wife and I were first time buyers and Crystal made us feel very comfortable. Crystal went out of her way to explain the whole home buying process to us and was always available to answer all of my questions. Crystal was always on time for all of our appointments and was always so pleasant. Crystal stayed on top of all aspects of our purchase and stayed in contact with all other parties involved to make sure the whole process was moving as scheduled. Hopefully all of Zip Realty's agents are as good as Crystal. I will certainly refer all of my friesnds and will also look up Crystal the next time I am in the market for another home. Great Job!!!
