I cannot begin to say how lucky my wife and I were, when we met Crystal. We are new to the Atlanta area and we didn’t have a clue, where to start searching for a home in our price range.
The first day we met with Crystal was truly enjoyable. She made my wife and I feel very comfortable with her pleasant demeanor and her knowledge of real estate in the area. Shanai Blakely was completely unprofessional. She did not contact me at all during the home buying process. When I contacted her for questions, it was extremely loud music in the background. I was unable to conduct busness with Ms. Blakely. After calling several times to meet at my home site, we fianl were able to meet. She provided unprofessional documents as well.
