Janet was thorough and detail-oriented in all her dealings with us. She spent the time to explain and review the many details involved in the process of looking for, and purchasing a home. We were new to the process and appreciated her "mentoring" as well as assistance. Yet she maintained a professional ethic, allowing us to make our own decisions. She was consistent in her communications with us, and knowledgeable about local companies and city reports that were part of the process. She was easy to work with.
