After leaving behind the film and animation industries eight years ago, I obtained my CA Real Estate Broker's License in 2002. I began working as a Buyer's Agent in Culver City for a team of Top Producers at a boutique agency. I had to literally hit the ground running in '02 as it was then a very intense real estate market with usually no fewer than 8-12 offers on any given property at a time. Interest rates were at a 40-year low and money was easy to borrow; property values were rising on a monthly basis. I had to learn to work quickly, efficiently, effectively and how to put together an offer creatively and professionally that would stand out from the others and catch the seller's interest. I closed thirty transactions in my first two years and another fifty transactions in the years since.


Eventually I moved on to another company located in Marina del Rey and began working with sellers to list their properties as well as still working with buyers. At this time I began selling small income properties of up to eight units and today I have many returning investor clients always looking for a great deal.

I've sold a number of high-end estate/ beach properties and income properties in Venice, Marina del Rey, Santa Monica, Westchester, Culver City, Playa del Rey, Mar Vista, Rancho Park, West Los Angeles, Manhattan Beach, Redondo Beach and surrounding areas.
