This was my first experience buying a home. Anton was there explaining the process. Helping me through the whole process. I had tried other agent, but I choose Anton . He would return my calls, if I wanted to see a property he was available to show it to me. He was there to answer any questions I might have. When you are looking to buy property you need someone who is accessible, that was Anton. Even Wells Fargo said how hard he worked for me. I take pride in saying the Anton did a wonderful job for me.

I'm disappointed in the resources used, specifically First Capital's Dean Wong, who for whatever reason would not communicate directly with me, but only responded to Anton. I'm also upset about not having a/c in the unit purchased when MLS clearly states it has central air and the appraiser said it was working even though we were not able to get it to work. It wasn't until I spoke with another owner I found none of the units have central air. I was offered an apology and $100 gift certificate. I've already spent over $5000 in addition to the condo costs. I'm angry!

Anton was very helpful. He was willing to meet with us often and he had all the answers to our questions. This was our first buying experience and it was pretty painless. There was never a time when I was worried about something because I trusted Anton and I knew he was on top of everything. Excellent service. We will definately be seeking your services in the near future.
