WE found more necessary information off the internet ourselves. I am the one who found this home on my own- after being shown places that were not even available anymore ! Your site was always a day late and a dollar short. HOA docs were LATE to us and WE had to remind and stay on ZIP to follow through. Escrow has been closed for 1.5 weeks now and NO check in the mail here ! Also, seems as though this is the only and final communication between US. Apparently getting your check is more important than a follow-up with your client after escrow. Hhmmmm-- If not for my daughter's and my own persistance we would not have made a successful purchase. It made it very difficult to have to remind ZIP all the time (to the point of debating if we were bothering you too much). I had hoped for more...The day I found this home, we had decided to drop ZIP and go with another realtor...gave ZIP one more chance and... so it continued to go. Once again...your site is outdated, apparently up-to-date info is not as readily avail. to your reps. as it is on the internet. Timing is critical in the process and ZIP just wasn't there. I had to do the final walk by myself because ZIP had company that week ! Not a multi-million dollar sale for ZIP...but just as important when word gets out. New story now.

We enjoyed working with Pam from our first meeting after checking out the Zip Realty website in anticipation of our move. With the current market conditions, it took us two years to finally purchase a house and Pam was a tremendous help whether we were actively searching or just monitoring the market. Pam never pressured us to make a decision or buy before we were ready and supported us when we decided to walk away from one negotiation. She was readily available whenever we wanted to se a house, often on short notice, and responded quickly to all email and phone inquiries. The information that is available to the consumer on the Zip website is second to none and we appreciate that it is being continually improved and upgraded.

I can not speak highly enough about Mrs. Zuber. She went above and beyond my expectations. She never hesitated to call me with updated information regardless of the time(which was key in getting things done). When Navy Federal was dragging their feet on my loan process (2 months worth) she suggested ELOAN. Within one week of ELOAN I was approved, and funded for a 30yr fixed rate with half the closing fees and a better interest rate. It was a pleasure workig with pam and when I sell in about 10 years I will be comming to Zip Realty to handle my home.

Pam was great to work with. She was always available when we needed her, and helped us through the entire process.

The only thing she possibly improve on was that she could have initiated more with houses she felt met our needs. Basicly I did the looking on the web site and called her to set up visits. That may not be her normal M.O. because I did make it know I don't want to be pushed, but an email or two would have helped. Other than that I think she did great.

The following are the few points that made us feel dissatisfied: 1. We felt our agent worked with the interest of seller and not of us 2. We felt our agent didn???t negotiate the price though the property was listed at $275900 and was in the market since last one year. As per our agent there was a counter by another party for the same price and she made us increase the price by $1000 with out negotiations 3. Our agent took advantage of us knowing we liked the property and first time buyer, didn???t guide us in helping price negotiations 4. Our agent forced us to close the property in 20 days as per seller???s interest though she knows that that it wouldn???t be possible to close in 20days. This made us take lot of mental stress in getting the loan approval process as we have already deposited $3000. 5. We felt our agent was working in the interest of seller to sell the property in hurrying us and misleading home inspector, plumber, mold and termite inspectors represented us. 6. Though we wanted to extend the escrow closing date by considering the inspectors reports and repairs to be done, she informed that seller is not willing to either extend the closing date and not ready to get the repairs done that made us panic and stress in losing the property and we felt she worked on this as per sellers interest 7. Our agent was aware of escrow closing and as per the contract we were suppose to get keys by 3:00 pm. Our agent didn???t update us about the keys and she was untraceable till we contacted customer care, San Diego division head to get her to collect the keys. 8. Keys provided to us by seller were not working and our agent didn???t take responsibility in verifying the keys provided to us. 9. She worked with us as a post woman and messenger and her experience in this profession didn???t help us in finding the property, price negotiations and till closing the escrow. 10. She was prompt in sending and receiving the documents, showing us the short listed properties and other than that we didn???t find her of great help.

We have had a lot of experience with real estate, and have worked with many agents. Pamela may be the best agent we have worked with yet! She had put in long hours helping us make a deal. Sometimes she had to get started early in the morning, and sometimes stayed up late at night when that was necessary to accommodate our schedule. Thank you to Pam for all her help!

Pam is great to work with. She was patient with me and spent many hours to show me different properties. I also liked the fact that she always provided good recommandations. She followed up the entire escrow process and helped me by providing contacts for different services I needed to be done on the propert. She performed above and beyond what was expected of her.
