Bevin did an excellent job in supporting my husband and I with every step in purchasing our new home. He was patient and very punctual with his responsibilities. Bevin also seems to have really great knowledge regarding the real estate business and gave us really good advice along the way. He would often go out of his way to make sure that he was meeting our needs. I would definetly recommend Bevin as a realtor you can trust.

I see this guy has 4 1/2 stars, but it would be nice if he showed up or even gave a call to say he cant make it, we actually had some other things we could be doing. Some stars can be decieving. I had to select one of Bevins strenghts to send this review, personally I would not have checked any of them.

Bevin is professional, courteous and knowledgeable about the Real Estate market. Bevin has no problem going the extra mile. Most agents act like Sales Agents and try to rush you into buying a house so they can get their cut. They simply ignore the fact that some individuals are not as aware about the home buying process and needs someone that can be patient with them. Even though, it took me 2 years to find my DREAM HOUSE. Bevin remained patient and when I was ready to start lookomg for a home, he was there. Even after escrow closed, Bevin called to make sure everything went okay and if there was anything else that I needed. I have nothing but good things to say about Bevin and I look forward to working with him in the future!

Bevin was great ,I know he did everything he could to get me this house at a great price,though the real estate company who listed the house sucked , they took for ever to close ,I dont know if it was the bank or the real company, and their contractors who did the work on the house for the real estate company were a bunch of hacks.they did the bare minimum and their work was less than bad.I wish zip was the listing agent and not the other company. Thank's Bevin you rock , and good luck selling them houses.

Based on our initial reactions he tailored the further viewings to match our needs and desires. He was always right on target, and gave us great advice. even though this was a small transaction, bevin was very helpful and his follow through was good. I did not get any breaks that I would have wanted from the seller, but perhaps this was not his fault.That would be my only complaint

Bevin was wonderful. I am a first time home buyer and a little green about the process. To add to my lack of knowledge my house buying process was a nightmare due to my lender's less than stellar service but Bevin kept me sane despite various setbacks. He went to bat for me and looked for solutions when we hit roadblocks. He was an absolute professional and I would heartily recommend him to anyone who was buying a house.

Bevin was OUTSTANDING! I've worked with a couple real estate agents before and Bevin provided the best service of all. What I liked most about Bevin is that he was quick to respond to all of our phone calls and in email inquiries very promptly, weekday or weekend. On a scale of 1-10, I certainly give him a 10! He did an excellent job!
