Vlad is great! My wife and I had been looking for our first home off and on for several years. Over that time Vlad showed us dozens and dozens of properties in our price range. We found one that we loved and jumped on it. With Vlad's help, we put in a bid at the right price immediately after viewing the property and got accepted even though there were multiple offers well over the asking price.
