Once again Jeri did an outstanding job with our purchase. This is the second home we have purchased with Jeri Stanfill and Zip Reality. We reside in Alaska, making the transaction more difficult. Still, we were able to close the deal in just over 3 weeks. Amazing. I would highly recommend Jeri. She went above and beyond to make this purchase possible.

I rate Jeri 5 Star! I have been working with Jeri for months, I veiwed houses on line before I was ready to actually see houses. She really knew what I liked and was able to direct me. It just didn't stop after I bought my house, Jeri helped me get a painter, pick out paint colors, she helped me with a locksmith, she was really there for me step by step. Wow! I am completely impressed with Jeri. I was referred to her by a friend. I had not even spoken to Jeri, my friend told her what I was looking for, the next day we set up an appointment to look at homes. I was provided a folder of information on the home buying process including printouts of all the listings viewed that day. The very first home that Jeri showed me is the one we purchased! There were several times during our home-buying process where we could not reach Jeri for days, and it was extremely critical. We very nearly lost the opportunity to buy this property because we could not get hold of Jeri before the Highest and Best deadline. We had to call the selling agent on the property ourselves, to get a deadline extension. We had to re-do paperwork several times, and had additional paperwork sent to us that she missed the first time. Several times we thought about changing real estate agents, due to the stress we were under and time constraints placed on us by Jeri's lack of responsiveness. However, we were led to believe that we would receive a rebate since ZipRealty was our agent, and the website said that there would be a rebate. Unfortunately, because Jeri was referred to us by a family member, Jeri informed us yesterday (a week after the transaction) that we will not be receiving a rebate. Had we known this prior to our purchase, we DEFINITELY would have changed agents. I'm not happy at all with the way Jeri worked with us, and I would never recommend her to a friend.

This type of review is always unfortunate. The buyer was a referral/relative from a past buyer and was under the impression they would receive money from my company in the form of a rebate which was never brought up to me until after they closed on the home. At the time this incentive was no longer required to be offered.
I always work very hard for my clients and it is unfortunate that I had no idea these folks were unhappy as our exchanges were always pleasant and I always provided them what was needed in order to protect their interests. I would never put my clients at risk throughout any part of the transaction.

I can't say enough about how wonderful it was to work wiht Jeri---I had no idea what I was doing and she took care of everything then some and it was such a pleasure to get to know her and I did not have to worry about anything. It is so nice to know there are still people out there that are hard working, honest and really care about what they are doing and to treat people with such care that are trying to buy a home in a place they pretty much know nothing about. I hit the "JACKPOT" when Jeri Stanfill's name appeared as my agent when I first encountered Zip's website. I was looking for a vacation home in Phoenix, and live in California, so when I contacted Jeri to tell her that I was flying to Phoenix for a 3 day visit, and wanted to look at homes all 3 days, she said, "No Problem!". I am not exactly sure, but I think she showed us about 30 homes during that period all over the county. Jeri was always upbeat and so pleasant to be around during our search. Jeri never says "no", and I believe she works 24/7 for her clients, and I am serious. She works so hard for her clients, I believe there must be more than one of her!!! We were dealing with a difficult market with "short sales", and we were assured by a different listing agent that we were cleared by the bank that the offer we presented wouldn't be a problem, and then turned into a problem (not fault of Jeri's), Jeri continued to work with us. When we became discouraged, Jeri was always right there with us to make a dream come true. I made another trip to Phoenix, and Jeri gave up another 2 days of her time to show me homes, and we did get the home of our dreams, thanks to Jeri. I never knew Jeri prior to Zip, but she became our real estate agent, and quickly became a friend -- a friend I look forward to enjoy seeing when I visit my vacation home.

Agent was not responsive, often not returning calls for days; had missed appointments to meet with me on 2 occasions and was unable to contact her. Went out of town during the week of closing even though the closing was not going well. I did not hear from her on the day of closing until after 6:00 p.m. to hear how things went. Also, she usually sounded hurried during our phone conversations.
