While Bob definitely provided competent service in terms of getting into places and getting the deal done ... I felt that I was not always given all the information I might have needed to make informed decisions -- especially once it seemed that I had found a place that I was interested in. For one -- the 99 year lease at River Place was never explained to me until I really forced the issue. It's something that everybody in town seems to know about -- but he never brought it up. It almost made me want to back out on the eve of settlement. He was focused on getting the deal done which is not entirely a negative -- but I feel that some information was withheld. Also I felt that the contract negotiation ended up being very one-sided to the benefit of the seller. They got their price + $10K, they chose how long they wanted to stay after settlement (and didn't tell me until 2 weeks prior) they got away with telling me that the defects I saw during walkthrough were there before I settled, would have liked to get SOMETHING. So all in all, I was not totally satisfied.

In what can be a very daunting process, Bob Ross kept me up to speed and went over and above the call of duty to help me get my home. I cannot imagine working with anyone else in the future. The cash back at closing was nice, but I would work with Bob again even if it was not offered. Bob will help me sell my old home. The firms that I manage will have Bob help in the selection of a multi-million dollar mansion in our area as well. You have heard the old saying, " Be there or be square "? Here is my spin, "Work with Bob or be stupid."
