This is the second time we have had business with Ron. Both times he has exceeded our expectations and has gone above and beyond. We bought our second home with Ron and then sold our first home with him. When we bought our second home, Ron, negotiated our contract to reflect our appraisal because the asking price was too high. He persevered for us and saved us money during our second home purchase. When we sold our first home he had already multiple offers ready for us within the first week. Consider Ron as your Realtor because he will always look out for your best interest during your home buying and selling needs.
Ron is very easy and enjoyable to talk to, while remaining very professional. He always gave me constant updates and reminders.
