After a successful 4 year career in construction, followed by a 15 year career in advertising and marketing for the blue-chip companies of Walt Disney Studios and Universal Pictures, I gravitated toward the real estate profession because of my strong interest and aptitude for architecture, construction and home design. While I have personal experience buying fixer-upper properties to renovate, I am most driven by helping home buyers and sellers through the challenging process of real estate buying and selling. I have been a consultant to over 200 people who have bought and sold real estate. For buyers, I have acquired a network of reputable lenders who are able to consult with my clients about the best financing alternatives for them. With my extensive experience in marketing and my B.S. degree in advertising, I have enhanced my ability to market, advertise, and sell real estate to obtain the highest possible price for real estate sellers.


I will assist home buyers and sellers with finding the right home, the title work, negotiation, paperwork, financing, and all property inspections, and will be the primary consultant to my clients throughout this process.
