Gina was very good about keeping appoints and being available last minute for showing. The reason I gave her 2 stars was because her communication skills could use some improving. I am not sure if it was a conflict of personalities but there were times when I felt that she was only there to make money. I also feel that she could have been more thorough when submitting me offer the first time.

Gina is outstanding. Not only is she very experienced, she pays close attention to what her clients want and listens to their concerns. My wife and I searched for three months and Gina was very patient and understanding with us. She was never pushy as some realtors can be after our search became longer than we originally thought it would be. We also appreciated her honest feedback from start to finish. She consistently was responsive by phone and e-mail and is completely dependable. Additionally, Gina is someone you can trust since she puts herself in her client's shoes after her first experience as a home buyer. She is very personable and easy to work with. Finding a home can be like finding a needle in a stack of needles, but if you need a realtor, look no further than her. I enthusiastically recommend Gina to be your realtor.
