Gina worked hard for us and made herself available to accommodate our schedule. However, I thought that, near the end of the negotiations with the seller, she kind of gave in to him. But then again, she DID take a reduction in her commission, which might have been a reaction to the seller's not wanting to lower his offer price further--a situation that I wasn't privy to, which is why a couple of the ratings below are less than 5.
