It has been a great experience buying the condo with assistance from Morry. As the first-time buyer, I started without much knowledge about anything. I talked to several agents in the beginning, and I decided to continue working with Morry -- I am glad I made that choice. Morry is always sensitive to his clients' needs, and has strength to analyze situation for you with his experience and skills. He is very knowledgeable, responsive and always there trying to help with any question you have.
The seller we deal with is a bank who has been notoriously irresponsible. I am fortunate to have Morry to help out in every situation with infinite patience. I am very satisfied with his service, and highly recommend him to other home buyers.

As it was my first time buying a home, I was naturally very nervous and somewhat skeptical about the whole process - including the realtors. However, throughout the entire process, I felt that Morry had my best interest in mind. He also made it seem as though I was his only client.
