Larry Caragay is one of the best real estate professionals EVER!!! He always makes himself available and really gets to know the needs of his clients. Larry makes you feel at ease with the whole real estate transactions and always ready to help explain if things just do not seem clear. Just a truly honest and trusting person in general and that just makes him excel and being a great agent!! First on my list to contact if i want to buy or sell.... both at which he has helped me do.

Larry is prompt, personal and courteous. He was fantastic to work with! He was always available for to answer any questions and help us with the whole 'buying' process. Larry did an awesome job keeping us informed the WHOLE time! I will definitely be telling everybody about the wonderful experience with ZIPrealty and Larry's help!!!

I could list a 1000 things about Larry and this transaction. In short let me say that Larry was 100% committed to helping me get a home. He went out of his way to get me the very best deal. When at times i was ready to give up on the short sale buying side he helped me wait the deal to the end. I have been in this home 1 week and already see homes for sale at 100k more than the deal Larry got us. He is totally dedicated to helping you buy or sell. I say this also because he did alot of the leg work for the selling agent.

We first Larry in 2006 and although at that time we did not complete a transactions, we were so satisfied with his superior customer service that we returned in 2011. Larry's ability to guide and support us through the process was impeccable. His patience in answering questions and reassurance was very much appreciated. We would recommend Larry to family and friends and in fact have started to do so. It's fairly easy for anyone to do their job, Larry doesn't just do his job, he goes above and beyond it.

I couldn???t have been more please with Mr. Caragay! My wife is a schoolteacher and I am a police officer in the city of Ventura. We have odd schedules or at least I do. Larry would take my wife to look at a house once she approved of the house Larry would then take me to look at the house. Bottom line, ???Happy wife makes happy life??? My process of purchasing a home with Larry was the best experience in purchasing a home. I had previously worked with 3 other realtors from different companies within the last year looking for a residence. Larry was the most knowledgable and carrying individual I have worked with. Larry was not looking to just close another sale, Larry did not look at my youth and doubt my buying power. He treated me as if I was purchasing a $1 million dollar residence.
