Larry Caragay is one of the best real estate professionals EVER!!! He always makes himself available and really gets to know the needs of his clients. I could list a 1000 things about Larry and this transaction. In short let me say that Larry was 100% committed to helping me get a home. He went out of his way to get me the very best deal. When at times i was ready to give up on the short sale buying side he helped me wait the deal to the end.
