Patrick exceed our expectations by far. He sold our house in no time and for a great price, which is greatly appreciated, as we were a bit under pressure to move overseas very soon. Patrick rendered to be an outstanding specialist for the area our house is located. We received 4 offers within the first week of listing and showing and we were able to complete the sales procedure from showing to closing in less than 5 weeks. Not only that he kept what he promised, Pat always kept the workload to us re sale procedure to a minimum. He has always been very responsive and took his time to answer any of our questions to our utmost satisfaction. Pat went "the extra mile" to make this transaction as smooth as possible for us. As a summary: we are very happy and the buyers are very happy. We believe you can't ask for more in terms of a transaction like this. Pat will be our first choice in case we relocate to the same area in future, which seems quite likely.
