There is not enough I can say about the level of service I received from Heather. Heather was incredibly instrumental in assisting me in acquiring our "new" home. The area I was looking in was flooded with cash offers within hours of being listed of which I could not match or compete with. Heather never gave up and over a several month's period continued to be patient with me and my requirements to be in a specific school boundary for my son. I found a new home builder right in the perfect area for the school boundaries. I am recently divorced and on a very tight budget. Heather helped negotiate the monies and keep me informed and calm throughout the entire process. I quite frequently had questions about definitions or certain charges and Heather always made time to explain them to me thoroughly. Heather is very knowledgeable in her field and the East Valley area. Heather attended the walk through with me and while I was being overwhelmed with instructions and information, Heather was inspecting the entire inside and outside of the house to be fixed before I signed the papers. My family and I would certainly use Heather again if the need arises for a new home. Heather is wonderful!
