Eric was helpful and informative at all times. He was willing to show me the site I was interested in and when I asked for further listings he sent me several and was quick about it. Each and every time I called Eric he answered his phone. Overall, I was completely satisfied with Eric and if I ever need real estate of any kind in the future, Eric will be who I will call.

This is the 4th home we did buy. The process was about 6 months long because the Loan, but Eric was available for Us all the time. When Wells Fargo did not approved our loan, Eric did recomend Us another Company who finally approved Us. Every time we had to sign Docs he was there for any questions we might have. We've already recomended him because of the excellent service he did provide to Us.
