Renata has been sending me emails to correspond with my 'requirements' for at least a year. Because we live in Iowa, our only correspondence with her was via email but it was because of this connection we decided to call her last January when we were visiting AZ - on our way to visit our daughter at her home in the San Francisco area. We loved what Renata showed us and the time she spent with us while we were in the area. Her dedication and responsiveness to our needs and questions while we were NOT in AZ meant the most to us. She has gone out of her way to answer all our questions. We could trust and depend on her so much that we let her hire an inspector. She was up front with us about questions regarding other homes in Solera that were priced within the range we wanted... she told us noise was indeed an issue - and my husband's light sleeping routine could very well be affected. She could have sold us one of those homes , that backed up to Hunt Highway, so we were so grateful for her honesty. It benefited the trust we could have in her. Renata was excited for us every step of the way and kept in touch by phone and/or email. She also sent us a video clip of the home. That was an unexpected surprise and we both loved it so much! What a pleasant and fun touch., I cannot say enough about her level of involvement throughout the process and how well she has kept us informed every step of the way. What a pleasant experience she has made this house purchase for us. We would recommend her to anyone we know, who is looking for a home in the area she serves. Renata wants to do everything by phone or online. I asked several times to meet with her after she listed my property and the only time she met with me was when the offer came in and then she agreed to meet me half way between our locations. She is also very bossy on the phone. I would never use her again.

Renata is the consummate professional. She was very responsive to our needs and always punctual, friendly and knowledgeable. We would definitely recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell.
