I felt as if Mona didn't maintain consistent contact with me throughout the process. At times I didn't receive a prompt response to inquiries and felt as if I was a bother, not a client.

I felt terrible that this client felt neglected on any level. However during the buying process he had been out of the country for a couple of weeks and it did prove to be difficult connecting. Not sure he understood that when I am with a client I do not answer any other phone calls as my attention is committed 100% to that client at the time. I did feel that I had found him a great home way beyond his expectations and negotiated a phenomenal price for him and his family.
