The best ....managed the process from start to end! As I mentioned in my other review, best feedback I can provide is I would not hesitate to use her again as my agent !

I worked with Mona before leaving ZIP Realty several months ago and I already knew her to be a competent, dedicated agent who stays with her clients through the trials and tribulations of completing real estate deals. But I was in the unenviable position of having to sell to buy, and complete coinciding settlements, so there were certainly additional challenges. Add to that my own inherent knowledge of real estate in general, and extreme detail-orientation, Mona had her work cut out for her to manage me and my whole process :) A couple times she had to (as I put it) talk me off the ledge when things got a little difficult re: some of the details surrounding the whole sell/buy process. But all of this she did with grace and awareness for the things I needed to feel comfortable and ultimately have successful deals, both in selling my home and buying my new one. I would reccomend Mona to anyone looking to sell or buy a home in the greater Washington DC area - she knows her market, the paperwork, and this is her fulltime job about which she cares and it shows.

Mona is the best! She's patient and really helps you with everything including all the little details to getting the sell completed.
