Helen was very attentive and thorough in narrowing our search and saving us a lot of time by focusing on homes that met our needs and desires.

We are extremely happy with Helen's work in helping us close on our dream house on a tight time frame over the Christmas holidays. She constantly went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure that the transaction went smoothly and that we were able to manage all of the moving parts, even though we live abroad and were not in the country most of the time. We truly would not have been able to complete the deal without Helen's very hard work, and we are grateful. She even left us a bottle of champagne to congratulate us on the purchase. Even now, after the closing, she has remained involved and is helping us monitor the completion of the last repairs and cleaning that were not finished before closing.
