Grace without a doubt is a top notch real estate professional. In my experience working her for the past 11 months, i witnessed myself she would never say no to her clients and always be there for them. Plus, she always put herself in the client's shoes to analyze and approach purchases like buying it for her own. Mostly importantly, she would follow up extremely closely with the counterpart realtor and team up with loan agent, inspectors and escrow officer to make sure the contingencies are diligently monitored and the loan+inspections+escrow processes are all on track for a smooth yet huge success.
