I know it may sound like '… you fool, they are working together and making money …' and that's the point, you want to work with people who have established a trust relationship and who share the same ethics. We're not fooled it's a business - we all have to make money one way or another - but Oren and his references are sharing business values that we find important: respect of us as people, clarity, transparency of the process and overall efficiency to avoid wasting our valuable time and money. It was comforting to know that Oren was always available by email or phone text messages - our preferred ways - or by phone when things needed to be tight up like the offer, P&S, closing, etc. He uses emails, text messages, electronic signatures, PDF documents, all the good Internet tools, which made the process very efficient without useless driving downtown to sign and read a document - they're plenty of those time sink items during the process and Oren takes advantage of Internet to remove them. We closed in 4 weeks after we first saw the house and Oren was key to this success. Oren is The Person with a great positive and help mind attitude that you want to partner with to feel taking care of the right way. After buying the home Oren did not just disappear, Oren is actually helping and advising us with questions we might have as home-owners. So with that said, it's just normal that I highly recommend Oren to any person looking for a place to live, he is for me a reference on how I think business should be done in real estate.
