"Scott Yeh really went to bat for me on the TIC unit I purchased. After meeting with the other TIC buyers of the property, it was easy to see that my agent had done a much better job of informing me of the many complexities of TIC ownership/condo conversion than the other buyers had received with their agents. There were also a number of problems with the property that were not initially disclosed. Scott Yeh negotiated with the sellers until all of our concerns were addressed. I now feel like all the bases were covered and feel positive about the TIC unit I purchased. I also managed to get the unit at asking price (which is unheard of in the SF market) because Scott and I targeted properties that had fallen out of contract and had lingered on the market.
