I cold called Zip and got Wayne. I told him we wanted an investment property for so much in specific cities. The next day,Wayne had us five leads that fit my criteria - his responsiveness and attention to our wants was very imressive. From there, we ultimately found and visited sites that worked within our budget and goals. With Wayne's professionalism and real estate expertise (in this case, especially with the ins and outs of foreclosures), my wife and I now own our second investment propery that will meet our investment goals. I enjoyed great services from Joseph and Wayne. As a first time buyer, the agents were very patient in explaining what I needed to know. They also listened to my needs and fought for my benefits, for example passing the cost of repairing pest damage to the seller. The agents remained calm and professional even though the loan process turned out to be chaotic. I would recommend the agents to anyone.
