Len was amazing. He was on top of everything from the start. I've been up and down over the past 15 years trying to purchase a home and shut down for various reasons. So I've had a few agents. Len was by far the best. Every wall we came up against, Len showed us how to get arournd, and some he even knocked down for us. We were using a VA loan with strict guidelines on what we could purchase, and Len knew exactly what was outside of those guidelines to save us time. When we went into escrow, Len was pushing from all sides to get our Loan Officer, the selling agent and the escrow office to get get the process over as quick as possible. He made us feel as though we were the only people that mattered. I have recommended Len to everyone I know who is looking to buy a home, and will continue to do so until Len retires.
