My wife and I are relocating from Texas to the San Francisco Bay area where our oldest son, his wife and our grandchild live. As you know, prices in that market are increasing and the inventory is still rather low. Scott quietly, professionally and with exceptional stamina guided us through the maze of purchasing a home. To compound matters, we wanted FHA financing which brought another level of complexity to the transaction. He stayed with us every step of the way, providing invaluable information about properties, appraisals, inspections, neighborhoods and negotiation strategies. It was a joy to trust our real estate agent and realize he had our best interests at heart. Most importantly, there was a time when we had nearly given up hope of ever acquiring a home there. Scott encouraged us to stay the course and increased his efforts to assist us. Since I am writing this review, the reader knows that the perseverance, patience and tenacity paid off.
The rating system reflects a maximum of 5 stars. If possible, we sincerely award Scott 10 stars. Please call upon him for your real estate needs. You will not be disappointed.

Scott did a great job. Steered me away from a house that I was (wrongly) interested in and made sure that when we found the right house that we got it and that there were no surprises anywhere along the way. If I'd known this home buying lark was so easy I would have done it years ago.

Knowledgeable, courteous, punctual, easy to establish a comfortable working relationship with, responsive in a very timely manner to emails and telephone messages, added his own ideas and suggestions in an appropriate and useful way.

diligent, non-pressing to buy, gave both positives and negatives of each property compared to what we were looking for. Honest and transparent. Truly felt he always was looking out for our best interests.

Scott was a tremendous advocate for us throughout this process. He helped us with getting a fair price and continued to negotiate as the process continued. We had some hiccups with the seller to say the least and Scott was there to guide us an inform us every step of the way, while always making sure we always came first. Scott is not your typical real estate agent, he is much better! He is honest, straightforward, quick, calm and cool. Thanks to Scott and Zip!

Scott was fantastic! He was always prepared to show us prospective properties, even in some ridiculously bad weather, and provided great insight during the walkthroughs. He was extremely responsive and promptly answered all our late evening emails and phone calls. He was quick to point out the potential money pits and provided shrewd advice when it came to making an offer on the property we ended up purchasing. We also selected our mortgage officer through one of his referrals and the whole transaction went very quickly and smoothly. In sum, Scott was terrific to work with and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him. His great demeanor, professionalism, and responsiveness were all very much appreciated during our home buying process.

Scott was a pleasure to work with. Always proactive - with a relaxed, thoughtful and informative approach - he was a strong advocate for us throughout the journey of buying our first house. He listened well, intuitively understood our priorities and preferences and worked closely with us to smoothly navigate us through each step. His insights into the bidding and contingency process, careful observations about the properties we considered, and accommodating approach were invaluable to us and a key factor in crucial decisions that led to a very successful outcome for us. His recommendations for input from others who assisted us (financing education, house inspection, etc) were excellent. Finally, he's a great guy...and has a dry sense of humor that always made us smile, no matter what the situation. Highly recommended!

Scott was great to work with! We had a small time period in which to find a home, and Scott showed us a lot of properties, in an organized, time conscious fashion! Helped us narrow down a lot of things, and tune into what we really wanted and did not want in our house search. Thank you so much!

I just closed on a lot in Pacifica, with Scott as my agent. He has been very patient throughout the long process, and has represented me superbly, from start to finish.

Scott was a terrific realtor to work with. He is extremely knowledgeable and helpful, and also very laid back. I knew that he was looking out for my best interested and he never tried to pressure me into anything. I would work again with Scott in a heartbeat.

Scott was an excellent person to work with; explained all issues concerning SF real estate (condo and TIC issues in particular), plus many other peripheral aspects of buying in SF. He is quite the opposite of some agents I have encountered - pushy and assertive, who tell you what you want rather than listening to you ... and listening, being prompt in answering e-mails, in forwarding information - Scott did all of this in an exemplary manner. He does his job very well indeed.

What we liked about Scott (as opposed to other agents we met) was that he had a laid back, not too salesy/pushy approach, which was what we were looking for. The whole exzperience went well, and I would defintitely recommend him to friends.

Being a first time home buyer, we had a lot of questions. Scott was great at explaining everything to us and made our transaction very smooth. He put a lot of time and effort into getting us into our home and was very patient with us throughout the entire journey.

Scott had his honeymoon at time of closing. after the close, and presumably after the honeymoon, we never heard a word from him. We did talk and had walk through with the selling agent. he was very nice. But Scott never called or emailed. now maybe he is still out of the office, but if he is back, the absence of contact is not at all a good PR move. Yes we have finished buying the house, Maybe we would rec him to a friend or call him back if we want to buy again

Scott was very pleasant and comfortable to deal with. He was no pressure but always supportive and informative. He kept us informed of homes meeting the specifications we gave him. The search for the right house went on for months because we were very picky. He never tried to rush us. When we finally decided to make an offer he coached us but didn't try to sell us. He pointed out the bad with the good. He also helped us to understand the very strange culture of the San Francisco real estate world. We have purchased several homes in the Sacramento and Lake Tahoe regions over the years and have never experienced anything like SF. I became frustrated several times with the process and Scott would bring me back to an even keel. I think you should consider him a real asset.
