This is the 2nd time I have worked with Vanessa to find a home, and on both occasions, she did a fantastic job. Her knowledge of the area is outstanding and her patience is incredible. We spend weeks looking at homes with her and she always made herself available to show us as many homes as we wanted to see. Her #1 priority was helping us find a home that we really wanted. Vanessa was the 3rd agent we worked with when we decided to buy .From the very start when we first engaged with her she was spot on and worked tirelessly with us always making herself available to our schedule and only showing us what we wanted and our locations. She always was available for questions and held our hand throughout with a very professional and calm manner. She became like family . This lady is the hardest working realator we have ever worked with she is patient , kind , and is very knowledgeable on all the associations of banks and properties and the whole process. Vanessa Martinez is absolutely the BEST!!!!! My wife and I were first time home buyers. We were trying to buy a nightmare of a short sale for a year. She stuck with us the whole time. Everything that could go wrong went wrong. NONE of which were her fault :) We ended up having to walk away. She was completely dedicated to getting my wife and I into our first home. I never felt like it was all about her pay check which was so nice. Vanessa and I must have looked at at least 100 homes ( no joke) before finding our new home ( I was picky ) we ended up finding a home in the town we wanted in our price range that is twice the size of the short sale we tried to buy. Now we own our dream home and we owe that to Vanessa and her hard work and dedication. She ended up being more than our Realtor she became our friend and look forward to seeing her when we have our house warming party. After the closing, we have experienced some difficulty in some items that were suppose to forth. We have not gotten these items as of today (9/6/06): Garage door opener, the door bell fixed, and the license # of the roofer. Vanessa always ahs gotten back to us ASAP when we were looking for a home, but now I feel like we have been put on the back burner. I understand these items need to come from the seller, but I trusted Vanessa completely, so we signed and closed.
