Vanessa Martinez is absolutely the BEST!!!!! My wife and I were first time home buyers. We were trying to buy a nightmare of a short sale for a year. She stuck with us the whole time. Everything that could go wrong went wrong. NONE of which were her fault :) We ended up having to walk away. She was completely dedicated to getting my wife and I into our first home. I never felt like it was all about her pay check which was so nice. Vanessa and I must have looked at at least 100 homes ( no joke) before finding our new home ( I was picky ) we ended up finding a home in the town we wanted in our price range that is twice the size of the short sale we tried to buy. Now we own our dream home and we owe that to Vanessa and her hard work and dedication. She ended up being more than our Realtor she became our friend and look forward to seeing her when we have our house warming party.
