Prospective buyer

I am very lucky to find Eric as an agent. He is truly looking out for his clients' interests. He is knowledgable about the market, honest about his opinions, have good negotiation skills with seller's agent, excellent customer service that he drives us 40 miles away to see properties. He is a hard worker and does not complain about it at all. I look forward to his service and buy a house from him.
