Matthew did a great job getting me into my new home at a great price and with no headaches. Every property in my price range has some issues, but he made the process as smooth as possible-- when it needed some foundation work done, he worked with the sellers to take care of it. When my insurance company required a tree limb be removed prior to coverage, he took care of it. He was always there when I needed his help and even was willing to be on site for the inspection when I couldn't be. His customer service is his strongest suit, and I can definitely say that you'll be in good hands with him as your agent.
