Minesh did an excellent job for me in finding an investment property on short notice. I live out of state, and that was no impediment to him. He always responded promptly to my phone calls and e-mails and addressed my concerns; he also dealt adeptly with a very difficult seller. (He even accepted delivery of a refrigerator early on a Sunday morning for me in the condo I purchased after I left town.) I would highly recommend him.
