I have experience in Short Sales, Foreclosure, On-Site experience with new homes. Listed and sold lots for building. My first career was with NC Department of Transportation as a Grants Manager. I managed Federal Grants given to law enforcement. Retired January 1, 2005 with 31 years experience. I worked part-time as a Legislative Assistant at NC General Assembly for several Senators.
