Alan was better than an agent- as over the year and a half that we were trying to buy a home he became a great friend that we could count on. He knew when we'd be upset over something not going right with the home buying experience and would tell us we could call him ANYTIME- and he meant that. He would return calls and e-mails right away and never left us hanging. When our transaction was nearing completion, he worked to keep the listing agent, bank, and title company all on track. Although Alan lived in King County, he didn't seem to mind at all how far he had to drive to show us homes (even if it was only 1 home or even on a week night) in Snohomish County which was where we wanted to buy- he was determined to help us find the right home. He overall helped us to complete the purchase without us even having to go to the bank- as he directed us to a lender with Sterling Bank in the very beginning to start our approval process and even when the original lender we were working with left, he directed us to another there so we could continue on smoothly. Also, he's not overly aggressive or pushy- like salesman can be. He listened to what we wanted and that was important. Thank you Alan!
