This is our first home, so we did not know what we were doing and Lily was very patient with us and extremely knowledgeable. I couldn't have done it without her! She went above and beyond to help us with every aspect of buying our home and I will miss talking to her and seeing her on a regular basis. Being first time home buyers, we had no idea how the process went to buying a home. First and foremost, she saved me thousands of dollars through her knowledge of the banking industry. She spoke to the loan officer of the bank and made sure he used all my credit information to my benefit. The bank only wanted to give me an FHA loan with a high insurance fee, but Lily knows all the ends and outs of banking and got me approved for a traditional loan. Secondly, Lily was patient and took her time, showing me every house I wanted to see (even those she knew I would never buy).
