I have bought several homes over the years, and I have never enjoyed the process until this purchase. Lily was absolutely wonderful, even with all the curves that we threw at her. It was a true pleasure working with Lily! She exceeded all my expectations. As a first time home buyer, my experience with Lily was great. First and foremost, she saved me thousands of dollars through her knowledge of the banking industry. She spoke to the loan officer of the bank and made sure he used all my credit information to my benefit. The bank only wanted to give me an FHA loan with a high insurance fee, but Lily knows all the ends and outs of banking and got me approved for a traditional loan. Secondly, Lily was patient and took her time, showing me every house I wanted to see (even those she knew I would never buy). She noted the parts of houses that I liked and searched for houses that fit exactly what I was looking for. She ended up finding the right house that met all my requirements. I would recommend Lily to anyone looking for a house or condo.
