Zip inundates you with canned emails to make it seem as if your agent can't wait to help you, but it creates a false impression. I wrote Sally and asked for her help, both in seeing a home three or four days later when we would be visiting the area and in finding other homes that matched our requirements. She didn't respond until after my initial (worse) review and not in such a manner that we would have been able to see any homes while we were in town. Luckily we found another agent who wanted to work with us and were able to see the one house while we were in town, but didn't get to look at others which we would have liked to do. Because she did respond I am upgrading the review to neither satisfied nor dissatisfied.
